Our enthusiastic and knowledgeable team is here to help with any questions have about using helium tanks.

Is Helium Tank Safe?

Our helium tank is entirely safe for use, as helium gas is non-flammable. Always ensure the helium cylinder is stored and used in a well-ventilated and secure location. Please adhere to our instructions carefully.

Why Didn’t My Tank Fill As Many Balloons As Stated On The Packaging?

Each tank offers about 10% more capacity than required to fill the specified number of balloons when used correctly. However, various factors can affect the total number of balloons inflated, including balloon quality, size, and shape. Always ensure there is a proper seal between the nozzle and the balloon neck to prevent helium from escaping during inflation. If you notice any cold air on your fingers coming from the nozzle while inflating, it indicates that gas is leaking.

Do I Need To Use The Entire Tank At Once?

Nope! As long as the green valve is closed tightly after use. You can keep it for your next occasion.

How Can I Ensure That My Balloons Will Float And Stay Inflated For A Longer Time?

Use high-quality latex balloons.

Inflate your latex balloon to the precise size indicated. Keep in mind that the weight of the latex and the helium gas ratio will impact the floating duration. If your balloon is 12”, ensure it is inflated to exactly 12”. Anything less may reduce the floating time. Shape your balloon like an egg, not a light bulb.

Foil balloons tend to have a longer floating time, but not all shapes and sizes of foil balloons can float. Please consult our chart above for details.
